How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Leastonto Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Leastonto Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Leastonto Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@leastonto.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
